Save function
Save your notes into a single whiteboard file. Or take screenshots of marked-up applications and web pages and save them as PPT or PDF files. Or write notes over Microsoft Office applications and save them directly into the original files. Notes and files can be saved to your local hard drive, network or USB storage device.
Integration with common office software
Write in digital ink in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Visio files, as well as AutoCAD and Adobe Acrobat files. Save all marked-up documents in their original formats.
Multitouch, multiuser support
SMART Meeting Pro supports the multitouch and multiuser features found in the SMART Board 800 series interactive whiteboards and displays.
Intuitive toolbar
An easy-to-use toolbar appears automatically when you power up your SMART Board interactive whiteboard or display. Use it to toggle between your desktop and your whiteboard, capture screenshots, and undo or redo work. You can also use the toolbar to access shapes, lines and text, and to select pen colors, eraser widths and highlighters.
Interactive whiteboarding features
Create interactive whiteboard pages and easily move from page to page. Manipulate objects with features such as move, resize and rotate, cut, copy and paste. You can also change object properties and re-order objects.
Dynamic tools
Present content more dynamically with tools like screen shade, spotlight, magnifier, calculator and pointer.
Screen capture toolbar
Capture screenshots in three different modes – full screen, rectangle selection or freehand selection.
Full-screen whiteboard
Switch to full-screen mode with an icon or through the View menu.
Auto crash recovery
SMART Meeting Pro supports automatic crash recovery, so meeting notes can be recovered upon a system reboot.
Page sorter
View all interactive whiteboard pages and sort them by dragging, inserting or deleting pages.
Keyboard integration
SMART Meeting Pro software works with the On-Screen Keyboard or your system’s wireless keyboard and mouse.
Distribute notes
Quickly distribute all notes and action items by e-mailing them or saving them to a USB drive for transfer later.
Reset room function
Exit the session, close any open applications and clear the whiteboard, all in one step. There’s also an option to log off the meeting room computer.
SMART Recorder
Record the actions you take on the interactive screen using the SMART Recorder. If you connect a microphone to your computer, you can record your narration. After you create a recording, you can play it using QuickTime software.

Play videos on your SMART Board interactive whiteboard or display.

Automated data conferencing
SMART Meeting Pro Premium supports SMART Bridgit conferencing software. SMART Bridgit software’s built-in client automatically sets up a meeting, generates a password and sends your invitations to participants via e-mail, allowing you to share screens with local or remote participants with a single touch.
Multiple display capability
Connect up to 16 displays to the same meeting room computer, so you can show pages on multiple displays, then share and move content between them.
Enhanced toolbar
View all screens and organize screens on multiple displays from the toolbar.
Handwriting recognition
