IMPORTANT: Existing customers should exit SMART Meeting Pro Premium before downloading and installing a new version of the software.
Before you download and install SMART Meeting Pro Premium software, ensure you have the following information:
• Your software product key. When you order a SMART Meeting Pro Premium software license, SMART supplies you with a unique product key in the following format: MP-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. It activates the appropriate number of displays (1(single) or up to 16 (multi)) on a single meeting room computer. Without a product key your software is only enabled for a 30-day trial.
NOTE: All SMART Meeting Pro Premium product keys start with the letters MP. If you have a product key that starts with the letters SM, contact your reseller to get a different product key.
• Your SMART Bridgit Server address (domain name) and passwords. You need this to activate and use the integrated Bridgit Collaboration Bar in SMART Meeting Pro Premium software. You also need a compatible SMART Bridgit Server configured on your network. Contact your system administrator or SMART Technologies for information.
• Optional: your e-mail server SMTP location (UNC, DNS or IP address). Omitting this option disables Whiteboard's File > Send To > Mail Recipients feature.
